Planning Session
Set financial goals, fundraising timeframe (we recommend 2 weeks for a fundraiser) and make sure you stick to the set time!

Inform and Reach Out to Your Community
Talk to students, teachers and parents about the fundraiser and explain why you're doing a fundraiser.

Promote Fundraiser
Through parent letters, posters and announcements - get creative! Don’t forget free radio public service announcements (PSA’s).

Hold a “Kick-Off”
A Kick-Off will educate students on the fundraising program, and build enthusiasm to reach fundraising goals.

Keep an eye on FundRaising Progress
Monitor progress and provide encouragement on a daily basis to keep the kids motivated.

Don't forget to collect money!
Once the fundraiser is complete, collect the order forms and money.

Tally the Results

• Send tally form and payment to fundraising company.
• Set time and place for student and parents to meet to pick up delivered products.
• Have parents and teachers to volunteer to help distribute product in an orderly fashion.
• Have the student deliver their products that they sold.
